Information we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), resumes and cover letters you upload, job applications, job alerts, and basic usage data. Payment details are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To run the site, send your applications to the employers you choose, email job alerts you requested, provide AI tools (your text is sent to our AI provider to generate results), process payments and prevent abuse.

Sharing

We share your application and resume only with the employer of a job you apply to. We use service providers (hosting, database, email, payments, AI) who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, delete alerts, unsubscribe from emails, and request account deletion by emailing support@jobshubnow.com.

Security
